Translateyour cat's
meows, purrs & hisses
with Cat Translator.
Ever wonder what that 3 a.m. meow really means? Record the sound and Cat Translator turns your cat's meows, purrs, and hisses into a playful, human-readable guess.
Playful guess
“It's dinner time. Obviously.”
Every cat owner knows the feeling
Sound familiar?
The 3 a.m. serenade
You crack the bedroom door in the dark and there it is — that long, insistent yowl. Hungry? Bored? Just wants the company?
The window chatter
A bird lands on the sill and your cat makes that clipped, staccato sound you've never quite been able to decode.
The welcome-home monologue
You drop your keys and your cat launches into a full conversation before you've even taken your coat off.
The sudden mood flip
One second it's a happy purr in your lap, the next a low grumble and a flick of the tail. What just changed?
Three taps, one meow

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is Cat Translator free?
Cat Translator isn't on the App Store yet, so there's nothing to buy today. The plan is simple: free to download, with the core translator free to use. If any optional extras are added later, their price is always shown in the app and on the App Store before you decide.
When would I be charged?
Never just for joining the waitlist or downloading the app. Any optional upgrade will show its price and billing period up front, and payment is charged to your Apple ID only at the moment you confirm a purchase — never automatically.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
Subscriptions, if they're ever offered, are handled by Apple, not by us. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and you can cancel anytime. A subscription auto-renews only if you leave auto-renewal on — turn it off at least 24 hours before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
Can Cat Translator really tell what my cat is saying?
No app can truly translate animal language, and Cat Translator doesn't pretend to. It matches the sound your cat makes to common cat-sound patterns and gives you a playful, human-readable guess — a fun conversation starter, not a scientific readout.
Is this a veterinary or official product?
No. Cat Translator is an independent app made purely for entertainment and curiosity. It doesn't provide veterinary, medical, or behavioural advice. If you're ever worried about your cat's health or behaviour, please talk to a licensed veterinarian.
So… what is your cat saying?
Cat Translator is on its way. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment you can record a meow, purr, or hiss and get a playful translation back.
Cat Translator is an entertainment app. Its translations are playful guesses, not veterinary advice — it doesn't replace a licensed vet.
